  • ASSET TYPE:
    • Multifamily
    • Per unit cost to be under replacement cost
    • Type B and C properties
    • Construction: Garden Style (would consider Mid and High rise on rare occasions). Prefer Pitched roofs and individually metered utilities.
    • Low Environmental risk exposure
  • DEAL STRUCTURE:
    • Cash deals preferred and will consider assumptions
